Description:
Addressing a matter with the organization of the file room. Chilcote describes the dissatisfaction with the organizing of the file room indicating that the cause is with the people sending the files inadequately labeled and not with Barbato and Lackey. A reorganization and retraining is proposed after the board meetings. In addition to the organization, Chilcote addresses a backlog of filing and comments on the amount of time Barbato and Lackey spend outside the filing room.
