Description:
Report contains a description of the "Social Communication System" working together with the "National Intelligence System." Their objective was to project a good image of the government during the strike. The government seeks peaceful reactions but they insist on the theory that the strike is illegal. It contains messages to the people and from representatives of the Confederación General del Trabajo de la República Argentina (CGT).
