Chilcote writes John Boswell concerning mailings she sends out each year to inform people that McCormack is sending them a copy of his Annual. She indicates that the current process of her typing about 400 letters, envelopes, and labels is inefficient and suggests that they look into the possibility of supplying the new publisher they will be getting next year with a list of names and have them include a card in the books when they are sent out.
