Clarifying several matters of disagreement with Pam American Airways regarding costs. First, McCormack addresses the travel records submitted and asserts that about five percent was in relation to existing business, not twenty-five percent as Pan American seems to be saying. Next, the air freight charges are addressed. McCormack states that the arrangement had been worked out between Bob Beattie and Paul Rennell. McCormack clarifies their position. A meeting in person is suggested in order to further clarify these issues. Letter is almost identical to another copy also sent on December 23. This copy indicates a bc to Bob Beattie and Richard R. Alford and contains minor edits to the text.
