McCormack apologizes to Charlie Jones for the fact that progress in the network area hasn't been greater He indicates that he understands Jones' decision to broaden his base, aggrees to terminate their arrangement affective December 31, 1976 and to waive the sixty-day clause in their contract. McCormack expresses interest in continuing to work with Jones in the area of financial management.
