A clever Pullman porter discovers the corpse of a passenger on board and is put immediately under suspicion; travels to New York to engage in some "detective work"; effectively solves the relevant mystery; confronts who he feels to be the primary suspect and confirms his theory; and regains his job, along with the additional task of solving "little pullman mysteries." See mums312-b236-i049 for very rough manuscript draft; i063 for even rougher outline.
