A wife tells her husband that she would prefer rain to the snow that is falling outside their country home. CROQUIS D'HIVER (Winter sketches). A series of a total of 10 prints of which 5 were published in the CHARIVARI between February 7, 1854 and November 26, 1858 and 5 were published in the JOURNAL AMUSANT, then in the PETIT JOURNAL POUR RIRE between December 3 and December 24, 1864.
