Lower case of bureau has overhanging top with ovolo corners; four drawers with round rosette pulls; columnar stiles with ovoid and ring turnings above reeded columns; straight skirt; and short legs with ring and ovoid turnings. Rectangular mirror is supported by two elongated carved vasiform arms with pineapple finials; arms attach to backboard of top compartment. The other Neoclassical-style bowfront bureau has overhanging top; four drawers with branch veneer, bail handles and oval backplates; curved front skirt; bracket feet; and inlaid stringing on drawer fronts and skirt.
