Concerning the Rogers v. Okin trial about mental patients' right to refuse treatment. One plaintiff contends she was put in seclusion and forced to take medication during her stay in the Boston State Hospital. Judge Joseph L. Tauro put a temporary restraining order on seclusion and forced medication. Concern is raised over further restrictions on treatment.
