Thomas Zander writes to hospital directors at mental hospitals around Wisconsin regarding the letter sent by the U.S. Secret Service requesting information on the political associations of patients. He reminds staff at all Wisconsin psychiatric hospitals that to disclose this information without the consent of the patients, when there is no court order or specific statutory exception, then it is against the Wisconsin Statutes to provide the Secret Service with this information.
