Sworn statement as part of the Mental Patients' Liberation Front v. Joanne Smith and Jeannine White case. Tucker discusses his responsibilities as the Program Director at the Ruby Rogers Center. Jeannine White was expelled from the Center as a result of evidence that she had been stealing food from the Center; Joanne Smith was expelled for obscene language, racial slurs, and violence against other members. Smith began to threaten another member of the Center, and physically attacked this individual with the help of White outside the Center, causing injuries. White threatened Tucker over the phone and in person. Tucker fears Smith and White are a danger to himself and other members of the Ruby Rogers Center.
