McCormack indicates to Jay Michaels that he thinks John Masterson's idea on the eight leading money winners from the eight countries is extremely unworkable due to differences in money winning differences and the fact that leading players often do not play enough tournaments to become leading money winners. He names Tony Jacklin, Gary Player, and Bob Charles as examples. He also notes that this is not the kind of thing the PGA would be very excited about.
