Memorandum from Mark H. McCormack to H. Kent Stanner, Gordon Lazenbury, and David M. Armstrong
Description:
McCormack asks H. Kent Stanner, Gordon Lazenbury, and David M. Armstrong for their thoughts concerning LTV and Steamboat Springs in Colorado. He identifies Paul Thayer as his contact at LTV and briefly discusses Steamboat's relationship with Hank Kashiwa and Tom Watson. McCormack indicates that he thinks he could get Thayer to make a comparable arrangement with a top-quality tennis player. He notes that he does not think Billy Martin is a big enough name yet.
