McCormack indicates to Jean Bousquet that he and Jules Rosenthal look forward to a long and mutually-profitable association with Bousquet. He is enclosing a representation contract which sets forth the terms they agreed upon and explains that they will also undertake all licensing in Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa in addition to the United States and Canada.
