Tan knit wool women's jacket with mother or pearl buttons. The jacket has a collar that folds down only around the neck not extending to the front lapel area. The sleeves are long with a split, open V at the edge. The body of the jacket is long and boxy in shape and has two square pockets, one on each side. There are six round mother of pearl buttons on the left flap and the button holes are knitted into the right flap. The pattern if knitting is uniform across the entire piece except for two vertical stripes running from the tip of each shoulder down into the pockets which are knitted in a different direction. On the back a large vertically placed central rectangle is knitted in a different direction from its border that forms the rest of the back and extends to the sleeves. The length of the front and back of the jacket are the same.
