Oblong, grey brocade, pink bows at corners and center. Made from a piece of silk from a dress worn by Anna Bradshaw at Dr. Timothy Wellington's wedding; sold to Mr.(Mrs.?) John Fowle at Orthodox Church Fair Apr. 1819 (Approx or April?) Further description from "Catalogue of Articles in the Collections of the Arlington Historical Society", 1907, p. 13, which reads: "Pin-cushion, made by Anna Bradshaw who donated the land upon which the Orthodox Church was erected. Silk covering the cushion was taken from a dress which she wore at the wedding of Dr. Timothy Wellington, April 1, 1819. She called the dress an "old maid's wedding gown".
