Husband and wife Holocaust survivors Eva and Peter Glaser discuss their experiences during the Holocaust as part of the Philip N. Backstrom Survivor Lecture Series held during Northeastern University's annual Holocaust Awareness Week. Eva Glaser, originally from Vienna, Austria was a young girl when the war began. She traveled from country to country with her family, hiding for some time in France, before coming to America. Peter Glaser, originally from Czechoslovakia, escaped with his family to Italy and then to England. After spending time in England, he joined the Czechoslovak Army tank corps and took part in the D-Day invasion.
