Three-month old zebra and mother grazing at the Roger Williams Park Zoo
Description:
From a series of images labelled "A baby zebra was born July 30 at the Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence. It spent part of the day Wednesday grazing on the grasses in the fenced off pasture at the zoo yard. They have not named the baby yet. The zebras are called Grant's Zebras. When in a herd, their stripes form patterns which are confusing to predators. These zebras can love to be 25. (quoted from a plaque at the zoo)".
