Notice for Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees with enclosed copy of the Minutes of the last meeting of the Board of Trustees held at ICD on January 23, 1996 and a copy of the Report of The Personnel Committee. Meeting notes from the January 23, 1996 meeting include bank resolutions, a luncheon with the New York Hospital, resignation of Richard P. Strobridge with Barbara S. Ross being appointed to replace him, restructuring of the ICD's Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service and closing of an ICD facility in Westchester. Financial reports for pension plans, an updated graph of the members of the Board of Trustees, list of managed care agreements and contacts, and a memorandum which highlights all of the clinical, administrative, and managed care initiatives that have transpired since the ICD affiliation with New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center in May 1995 is included. There are also several photocopies of news articles from 1986 about people with disabilities need for information.
