Innovations are being made at ICD in order to reduce expenses. Kennth G. Feifer and Michael T. Bullied appointed to replace Robert J. Alken and Barbara S. Ross as named fudiciaries of the employee benefits plans and programs. Financial statements report as prepared by Ernst & Young and bi-annual report of the chief financial officer. Report of the volunteer subcommittee and supplemental schedules also included.
