Description:
Agenda and various Committee Reports in order to prepare for the October 22, 1996 meeting. Includes anticipated attendance list. Ryuji Kitamura elected as a Trustee of the Corporation, and Arthur Gray, Jr. resigns. Board members are concerned that New York hospital referrals to ICD have not met expectations. ICD decides to switch from KPMG Peat Marwick from auditing services to Ernst & Young LLP. ICD has been operating below budget for 1996. Resolutions include approval of the personnel policies of ICD, review of credentials of all medical doctors regularly employed by the ICD, and approval of the Employee Benefits Committee Annual Report. Audit planning report prepared by Ernst & Young.
