A handwritten draft of a speech in which Rae uses her own experiences as an ex-mental patient to shape her ideas about the mental health system and the idea that help is a lie. She brings up the fact that for many, the mental health system is the only world they know and that is why some ex-patients decide to become part of a system that oppresses individuals with mental illness, and that this is used to create divides within their community.
