Republican Senator Charles Potter of Michigan (left), and Bruce Barton, advertising executive and president of the ICD, present achievement awards and a graduation diploma to handicapped 17-year-old June Trietsch, of the Bronx, New York. June is one of 121 patients of the Institute, a complete rehabilitation center, at 23rd Street and First Avenue in New York City, who have completed their training. Senator Potter was the principal speaker at the graduation exercises which took place on May 24th."
