The handicapped employees of two New York City small business firms received citations yesterday on behalf of their employers for outstanding accomplishment. Joseph Grant, 50, at left, of Millard Hannenson, Inc., leathergoods manufacturers and Chil Kope, 40, of the Shelley Jewelry Manufacturing Co., accepted their awards from Orin Lehman, Chairman of Governor Nelson Rockefeller's Committee on Employment of the Physically Handicapped. The ceremonies marked the beginning of National Employee the Physically Handicapped Week in New York.
