Simmons and Leadbeater give updates about the land sale including that they have arranged for the Adams Express Co. to deliver the gold to their agent, the banks of St. Louis estimate that the amount of funds are more than one million dollars which are split equally between the north and the south, and the sale will happen in the next few weeks. Part of the Kansas Land Trust correspondence.
