Charles H. Presbrey. - by occupation a Painter___ ___at the age of enlisted for three years in the 10th. Regiment of Infantry, Mass. Vols.__Company F.__ Mustered into service June 21, 1861, at Springfield, Mass. While in camp at Brightwood, he was detailed as Company clerk, and also as clerk of a Court Martial. He performed regular duty during Gen. McClellan's campaign on the Peninsula__in battles of Williamsburg, Fair Oaks, and Malvern Hill. Discharged from service, for disability, August 9, 1862, at Harrison's Landing, Va.
