Oval-shaped medal. On one side: an image of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The Blessed Virgin Mary is shown holding the Christ Child whilethe Archangels St.Gabriel and St. Michael hover above her shoulders.The inscription "NORTE DAME DU PERPETUEL SECOURS PRIEZ POUR NOUS" encircles the image. On back: an image of St. Alphonsus de Liguori reading and praying before a crucifix while holding a rosary. The inscription "SAINT ALPHONSE DE LIGUORI PRIEZ POUR NOUS" encircles the whole.
