Circular-shaped bas-relief medal. On front: an image of St. Gerard Majella holding a crucifix. The inscription "SANCTE GERARDE MAIELLA ORA PRO NOBIS!" encircles the figure. On back: an image of Our Lady of Perpetaul Help. The Blessed Virgin Mary is shown holding the child Jesus while the Archangels Gabriel and Michael hover above her shoulders. The words "OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP PRAY FOR US" encircles the whole.
