The pin consists of a Miraculous Medal attached to a pin. The word "HONOR" is inscribed on the pin. On the medal: an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary surrounded by the words "O MARY CONCEIVED WITHOUT SIN PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE TO THEE 1830". On the back the letter "M" is surrounded by twelve stars.
