Newspaper clipping: "Ten Northeastern representatives testified at the State House in early February in favor of a bill that would allow the University to build its first-ever boathouse on land leased from the Metropolitan District Commission. Men's crew coach Buzz Congram (left), testifying before the state Housing and Urban Development Committee, points to the proposed boathouse site on the Allston shore of the Charles River, which is now vacant MDC land. The bill is currently before the joint committee.
