Item Text: I was running and looking at my phone because I had a timer going on it. I heard the first explosion and stopped and was trying to figure out what happened. I few seconds went by and the second bomb went off, it was completely clear what had happened. I was looking at trash barrels and mailboxes and trying to figure out what I should do, I also was looking and watching as a man lugged a young woman to my side of the street..the woman's leg had been blown nearly off and was hanging on but not by much. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I felt so bad for her. Two police officers also brought another young girl over to my side of the street and took her clothing off from the waist down and were searching- probably for shcrapnel.
