The Red Cross had a public meeting with many wonderful speakers, her favorite was a nurse who talked about her experience during the war. The Classical High School Banquet is tonight and George is taking a girl named Helen, they didn't get to pick the girl that they brought. They are having another sugar shortage and every family will be limited to three pounds a month.
