Photo project on Patti and Cynthia Corbett, Massachusetts residents, who were legally married on May 20, 2004, after same-sex marriage was allowed in Massachusetts. They have a daughter, Katherine (Katie), who was born in Feb. 2003. She is the result of Patti's fertilized egg being implanted in Cynthia, who carried the baby. Both of their names are on the birth certificate as parents of Katie. Looking at their lives during this first year of marriage. ALSO, Cynthia is now pregnant again and due in July 2005."
