The front features an image of Paul Revere on a horse. His name is written on either side. "Menotomy" in quotations is written on the top. Arlington 1807 -1907 West Cambridge is written on the bottom. The back has a ribbon with W Cambridge Incorp 1807 Arlington Incorp 1857 at the top. The middle has a seal shape with two trees in a field in front of a city/town. The bottom has another ribbon with Libertatis Propugnatio Hereditas Avita. There is very small writing at the bottom that is almost illegible. It is likely commemorating a centennial.
