'Bicycle owned by the founder of The Federated Cycle Clubs of New England. The Raleigh Record Ace was a hand built road racing bicycle used by racing cyclists from the late 20s to the early 50s. This was Dr. Abt's personal bicycle. It is a one speed 'Fixed Gear.' The Brooks aluminum framed saddle is very rare. The gearing is 48 x 16 giving the bicycle a inch gear of 78.' Raleigh Industries of Nottingham, England, was responsible for creating the bicycle.'
