'An online attendance was introduced to related service providers in 2009. Limited online access and a change in working conditions were concerns for the RSPs. Data collection of concerns/issues of using EasyTrac was completed to substantiate a change in working conditions that were not negotiated. Paper documents were needed to collect data since the internet was inconsistent at building levels.'
