'Gazebo donated by the Saphire Manor and Inn, at the time in 2004 when Beech Tree park was constructed. This park was constructed primarily by volunteers. Min and Joel Bopen were the motivators of this project which renovated a barren street corner into a beautiful vibrant park which now hosts concerts and other events.'
