'This is the only photo I have of my maternal grandparents. It was taken just a year or so before my grandfather died. He was employed in Brookline as a gardener at the Webster estate for most of his life in the U.S. He liked to get dressed up on special occasions and this one was when his son visited from N.Y. Nana had this dress made for special occasions. The emigrated from Mayo and achieved success in the U.S.A. Pictured: Bridget Tonra Cannon and Thomas Cannon.'
