'Who else can say they've had a duck boat back into their driveway to drive them to and from their house. Only the residents of Pelham Island Rd. and side roads during the 2 floods of 2010. We'd love to say we hate the floods as the clean-up is long and arduous--but secretly--our neighborhood has bonded and had many of our happiest moments riding the duck boats during the flood.
