'The neighbors across the street offered us their antique barn, on the property of the historic May Elm Farm. Their barn needed a great deal of work and they were about to sell their house. In exchange for their barn, Jonathan did a lot of work on a more contemporary barn on their property to bring it into good condition. Location: 19 Upper Ferry Lane.'
