'This is a reproduction of a Madonna Child thought to have been produced in the nineteenth century after the central panel of the Camerino Triptych painted by Carlo Crivelli in 1482. This Madonna hangs at the east entrance to the Abbey church. We monks pass by this image each day as we enter church from the cloister. Some refer to it as the 'Gate of Heaven,' a title of the Virgin Mary from the Litany of Loreto. Location: St. Joseph's Abbey.'
