'Blackburn cottage was built in the 1940s by my grandfather, Robert Greenbalgh. My grandfather was born in Blackburn, Lancashire, England. I lived there from 1948 to 1952. He also built the original 40 steps and a ramp for President Roosevelt's wheel chair at the 1936 wedding. Location: Forty Steps Lane.'
