'We always celebrate with food and my mom cooks all the food on her own, including three big turkeys! She would spend an entire week marinating every turkey to perfection. Along with the turkeys she made coconut cake, egg jello, her amazing taro potato with vermicelli, and dried shrimp. Her village specialties from Toisan.
