The plebiscite seen as snares for the voters, as in the past. As one knows, plebiscites have not always brought the right decision for France in history. The image shows a woman - France - first in the year of 1851, then another decision taken in 1870, this time a soldier, again going the wrong way by deciding in favour of the army. The third date for a new plebiscite 18... is still open. What will the sovereign decide this time? Monarchy or finally a permanent Republic?
