McCormack responds to David Lowe's recent letters and informs him that John Curry reviewed a draft of the contract that they had prepared. He explains that Curry has instructed him to instruct John Oney to have all four of the Grand Slams as signatories to the agreement and give all four of them the right to approve each of the tapes. He indicates that he will have a contract to Lowe within a week to be signed, then briefly explains the next steps in the process. Attached are letters from Lowe to McCormack expressing his concern about not hearing from McCormack or McCormack's lawyers with a draft contract to tie up the Grand Slam Video agreement.
