McCormack informs Packer of his close business and personal relationship with Sol Kerzner, the moving force behind the establishment of chain hotels, casinos, and destination resorts all over Southern Africa. He explains that Kerzner is now trying to establish a network of operations in Europe, primarily in France, but must sell fifty person of the equity to oen or more non-South African shareholders.
