Memorandum from Judy Chilcote to Mark H. McCormack
Description:
McCormack has been thinking about employees who should sign the non-competition agreement. Chilcote informs McCormack that Barb Onufer started a malicious rumor to the effect that IFM was going broke and that McCormack was putting all of the clients' money in banks outside the country so that if the US company went broke, he would be covered.
