On the story of Henry Tucker; a penitentiary inmate in Virginia who, after being diagnosed schizophrenic, was subjected to forced drugging which resulted in paralysis. After Tucker's situation was brought to the attention of the press by a medical worker, the American Civil Liberties Union took on his case and won on the grounds of negligence, medical malpractice and violation of civil rights.
