Barry discusses his issues with the Mental Health Advocacy Project of Pennsylvania with specific issue being taken with the "indiscriminate distribution of political action tracts" to patients of Haverford State Hospital. Barry talks about mentally ill people and the necessity of treatment, and says his experience with the Project is that there is an emphasis on patients' rights that ignores basic needs for treatment and understanding. Barry refers to the belief of representatives of the Project that madness does not exist.
