Bozarth requests that her name be placed on the July agenda to make a report on the National Committee for Patients' Rights. She believes that the committee is "over-concerned about cooperating with the mental health professionals." Bozarth lists her issues with the advocacy service proposal and says she has never felt welcomes in the committee as a representative of dissatisfied women consumers. She also takes issue with what she sees as the sexism of the committee.
